You may be thinking:
“Wait Are there any costs outside of paying you to design my site?”
Yes! All clients have to incur the cost of purchasing and maintaining your domain and hosting. I don’t own or manage hosting, unless you want me to! A domain will cost you anywhere between $14-$20 a year. Paying anything over $20 is too expensive so watch out! And Hosting prices may vary from $4-$20/month that you pay on a 12, 24, 36 or even 48 month basis. So $48-$240 a year. As you purchase longer terms, you get a discount. But I recommend choosing a 12-month plan unless you know you will be with this company for a while.
For Shopify stores, the hosting is included in the monthly price you pay for the platform. You can buy your domain straight from them (which I recommend). I always recommend buying your domain from the hosting company you choose, but you may shop around!
For wordpress websites (any website made by me not on shopify), will need to have domain and hosting. Special tip: Do not buy “Wordpress Hosting” because it’s more expensive for doing the same thing as regular hosting.

Website Redesign
For those who feel like they would like to start fresh with the website they currently have. I design and build websites on WordPress and I am able to work with any hosting company. Pricing would depend on how big and complex you need your website to be.
- $ 675 for up to 3 page websites
- $775 for websites up to 8 pages
- $875 for 9+ page websites

Website in a week
That’s right. A website in 7-10 days. This package is for those who know exactly what they are offering and want to get started right away. They do not care so much for having a fully custom design. Website-in-a-week package uses website templates that the client will choose that will be customized to fit the needs of their business.
$875 flat rate
- 5 fully branded web pages including typography, colors, and imagery with revisions and light photo editing (cropping, file resizing, removing background)
- Full website development through WordPress
- Choose between 4 custom templates that you can change the color, text, images, fonts but not structural elements.
- Website written content will be based on content provided by the client with the option for me to revise and edit the client submission

- Content will be briefly evaluated for keyword usage and suggestions will be given

You are able to choose between 1 of 2 options:
- 50/50 split deposit- $437.50 paid right at the beginning of the week to get started. The website in a week’s process can get started right after you finish the homework package I give you that will ask about the overall important details of your business that will be initially used to get your website started. This includes a brand name, getting your domain and hosting purchase, your logo, colors, and more. This is done to ensure we have a productive flow to where your website can get done in 10 days or less. The 2nd $437.50 payment is due on launch day.
- Pay in 4 installments via afterpay- This option includes a 3% service fee of $27 added to your total price. This is a fee that Afterpay adds. This means you will owe $225.50 upfront and will pay $225.50 every 2 weeks interest free until you pay off the remaining balance. This is an option for those who want a lower price down payment upfront.

Acuity Site Design
For all of those who own businesses like salons, lash technicians, nail technicians, or any service based businesses who need just a booking page.

Website Care Plans
Monthly maintenance package. For busy businesses owners who do not want to worry about their website going offline, crashing, or missing out on important updates on your plug-ins. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure everything is well with their website and hosting to ensure your website stays active.
You get a 15% discount for purchasing 3 months in advance! After that, you pay monthly as you need me.

You like how your site looks, if there is a change needed you want to text me to fix it without needing constant design changes. This package is only available for a monthly/bi-weekly frequency.

$30 an hour for consultations for help with:
- Planning a website (tips, content creation, layout, etc)
- Specific help for your business to know what website platform to use for your business (for those who do not want me to create their website but still need guidance)
- Market research
- Brand design
- Planning social media content
- Personal help navigating WordPress, Shopify or 3rd party (Square, MailChimp, etc ) dashboard: From configuring settings to creating posts and pages to setting up services.
- Plugins/Apps: Find out which plugins will truly benefit your website.
- Troubleshooting: Learn how to fix problems when they arise.
3-hour discount package: $70. And $20/hr after 3 hours
Pricing Schedule
I take payments via Square. You are able to pay on the invoice sent to you.
- 50% deposit- paid right at the beginning to get started.

- 25%- after development is complete and website is launched
I’m flexible with my pricing. I offer Afterpay for those who need more of a breakdown.

It depends. Every business is different but I offer transparent pricing starting with the price you see listed here on this page. The final price may change due to anything else you may want to add on. Scroll up to the service you want and check out the ‘Pricing Schedule‘ section for more details.
A domain is the link to your website. It is “yourbusiness.com” or “businesswebsite.net” if you’ve ever googled “amazon.com” then you interacted with a domain. Think of having a domain as having a phone number. You have an identity, a way for people to contact you. Think of your website as like having a cell phone. You can have just a phone number, but it won’t do anything unless you actually connect it to a phone. Once you have a phone, you have a way for people to find out who you are by calling your phone number, in other words, googling your business. Please Please Please, correctly spell your domain before purchasing because you will not be able to edit your domain after you buy it. Let me know if you have any questions.
After getting a domain, you need to have a way to have a live website. Hosting would equate to having cell phone service so your phone is available to receive calls at any time from anywhere. Hosting is what keeps your website live online and stores your website files on the internet. Hosting providers like Bluehost or Hositnger let you purchase your domain and hosting at once.

Please note that after the first year, you will be charged at the normal rate that’s listed under the discount price. All hosting companies have the discounted hosting price all big and bold and a notice saying “renews at $XX”. Pay attention to what the renewal rate is because that’s what you will be paying after the first 12, 24 or 36 months.
The initial deposit will become non-refundable once I start designing the website and present you with a wire frame draft. You are welcome to cancel for any reason before then for a full refund. You are welcome to cancel during the project timeline should you choose not to move on to the next phase, but there will be no refunds for any work completed. Think of it as a “pay as you go” of deal!
Nope. Site to Impress never ‘owns’ any websites. We own the rights to the original design to use for marketing or posting on social media. The client is responsible for maintaining and keeping up with their hosting provider. You will need hosting as long has you need your website. It is necessary charge.
You may choose to edit your website however you would like! We cannot promise that if you make changes, you will be able to have it look like how it did before you changed it but we are willing to help if needed!
It’s great to gain inspiration from other website. In fact, it is encourageed in the design process. Site to Impress will never copy another website to make it your own. Besides, why would you want to copy anyone else? Your business is unique so stand out!
